I Tried It So You Don’t Have To
You gotta make this!
Every week I have one cookbook and recipe that absolutely blows me away. Not only were these arancini insanely delicious but the risotto recipe was one of the best I’ve ever tried! It was so good I almost ate all of it before I could make the arancini!!
The cookbook was also a fantastic read. It touched on the history of street food in Italy and each chapter outlined classic recipes to make at home. Definitely a must read for any Italian food fan!

I think I can speak for all of us when I say, it’s never too early to start spreading Christmas magic!
Whether you’re someone who gets the Christmas tree out right after Halloween or you prefer to wait until after Thanksgiving, there’s no harm in some light Christmas reading!
