Going Keto in 2024?!?

Anytime you’re looking to make a change in the way you eat, having a good cookbook to support you is key! Keto has been a very popular way of eating but I see many people misconstrue it as loading up on tons of cheese.

This cookbook provides tons of recipe inspiration and gets straight to the point; no photos or elaborate descriptions. With 1,000 recipes you're guaranteed to find a handful that fill your belly and make you happy!

My experience 👩‍🍳

I fell in love with the Keto Mexican pizza! The mozzarella cheese and almond flour dough got me a little nervous but I kept an open mind and found the final product delicious.

Kitchen Hero: The Instant Pot

I know we all complain about having too many kitchen tools but I promise this one is worth it. The Instant Pot gets regular use at my house because it makes cooking so darn easy. My only gripe is that Instant Pot cookbooks can get pretty monotonous with their recipe selections.

So, you can imagine my joy when I found the Instant Pot Bible Copycat Recipes Cookbook. The selection of popular restaurant dishes is insane! I knew I had to test this one out when I saw Ikea’s Swedish Meatball recipe featured. Simple, delicious and super easy; this cookbook definitely belongs in your kitchen.

Homemade Biscuits Fail

I wish I lived in an Instagram world where everything I made turned out perfectly. The reality of the situation is that half the things I test turn out messy and inedible. My safe place for tried and true recipes is always my grandmother’s recipe book.

Imagine my surprise when I found an old magazine clipping for “Baking Powder Biscuits” tucked between the pages. I didn’t remember her making this one but knew I had to give it a try.

Watch to see how they came out but foreshadowing maybe there’s a reason I don’t remember this one.
