Bonus ⭐ - Honey Mustard Cabbage Recipe
@masteringcookbooks Use up that leftover cabbage!!! #leftovers #cabbage
Honey Mustard Cabbage Recipe
¼ of a head of red cabbage
2 tbsps of oil (I used olive oil)
1 tbsp of dijon mustard
1 tbsp of honey
2 tsps of salt
1 tsp of pepper
Chop cabbage into 1 inch pieces.
Wisk together oil, mustard, honey, salt and pepper.
Pour dressing over cabbage and toss until well coated.
Roast in an oven for 375 degrees for 35 mins.
This is the perfect base for any type of bowl you’re making. Think bbq pulled chicken with a avocado crema dressing.
